CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation, Rescheduling, Guest Count & Preparedness Policy Cancellation Policy: Due to the time, staffing, preparation, and resources required to reserve and prepare each mobile spa experience, all payments made toward a booking are non-refundable. This includes the initial deposit and any additional payments made prior to the event date. In the event of cancellation by the client for any reason, all monies paid will be forfeited. Rescheduling Policy: A one-time reschedule may be permitted if the request is submitted in writing at least 14 days prior to the scheduled event date. All rescheduling requests are subject to calendar availability and are not guaranteed. If approved, all payments made will transfer to the new event date. Requests submitted less than 14 days before the event will be treated as a cancellation, and all payments will be forfeited. If the client fails to confirm a new date within the timeframe provided by Princess in Me Kids Spa, the event may be considered cancelled and all funds may be forfeited. Same-Day Cancellations / No-Shows: Same-day cancellations, no-shows, failure to provide access to the event location, or failure to begin services at the scheduled start time due to client-related issues will result in full forfeiture of all payments made. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued. Client Delays / Loss of Service Time: Clients are responsible for ensuring the event location is ready at the scheduled start time, including proper parking access, clear entry space, and timely arrival of participants. Delays caused by the client, host, guests, venue restrictions, incomplete waivers, or lack of site readiness may reduce service time. Service time lost due to client-related delays will not be refunded, credited, or extended unless approved at the sole discretion of Princess in Me Kids Spa. Weather, Safety, and Operational Conditions: Because Princess in Me Kids Spa is a mobile experience, services may be affected by severe weather, unsafe road conditions, mechanical issues, power limitations, or other circumstances beyond our control. In these situations, Princess in Me Kids Spa reserves the right to reschedule the event to a mutually agreed upon date. Refunds will not be issued for interruptions, delays, or cancellations caused by circumstances outside of our control, unless otherwise determined solely by management. Princess in Me Kids Spa also reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or discontinue service if conditions at the location are unsafe, inaccessible, unsanitary, hazardous, or otherwise unsuitable for staff, guests, or equipment. Guest Count Policy: The final guest count must be confirmed no later than 7 days prior to the event date. This final count will be used for staffing, supply preparation, seating, favor preparation, and service planning. No refunds, credits, or price reductions will be issued if fewer guests attend than the final confirmed count. Once the final count is submitted, the client is financially responsible for that number of guests. If additional guests are present on the day of the event beyond the confirmed guest count, they may only be accommodated if space, staffing, timing, and supplies allow. Any approved additional guests will be billed at the current per-guest add-on rate and must be paid before services are provided. Princess in Me Kids Spa reserves the right to decline additional guests that exceed package limits, safety standards, or available capacity. Preparedness and Reservation Accuracy: All parties are prepared based on the information provided at the time of booking and any final updates submitted by the client. This includes, but is not limited to, guest count, selected package, add-ons, service timing, and event location details. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all reservation information is complete and accurate. Princess in Me Kids Spa is not responsible for service disruptions, delays, or unavailable elements resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or late information submitted by the client. Non-Transferability: Bookings, payments, and reserved event dates may not be transferred to another client, event, or service without written approval from Princess in Me Kids Spa. Right to Enforce Policy: These policies are strictly enforced to protect scheduling, staffing, inventory, travel, and overall event operations. By submitting payment and reserving an event date, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
